**This service is only offered to enrolled First Lady Permanente students**
All certificate programs require a negative 10-panel drug test no earlier than (30) days prior to the program start date. All programs that have an externship will required a negative drug test within (15) days of externship start date. This drug testing service is provided by First Lady Permanente at 921 Geer Road, by appointment only. Students must be able to provide a urine specimen for laboratory testing purposes. Results may be given as early as the same day of service.
Externship drug test:
- Must provide a negative 10-panel drug test within 15 days of externship start date.
- Must provide a negative 10-panel drug test within 30 days of program start date.
To schedule a drug test: Step 1) Submit drug test fee on our website Step 3) The records division will email you confirmation of your appointment time.
Rescheduling Appointment: Cost is $25.00 to reschedule if you are unavailable or you were not able to leave a specimen.

ONSITE GROUP TRAINING Course: CPR/AED First Aid Adult Child Infant Cost per person: $115.00 includes all materials and onsite training fee Certification: 2 year certification by ASHI (Meets Unified School District Requirements) Course duration: 4 hours Counties services: Stanislaus, Merced and San Joaquin Counties.
On-site training has a minimum of (15) participants for a training session during Monday- Friday On-site training has a minimum of (20) participants for a training session on Saturday. The maximum group size for onsite training is (50) participants. Note: If a company does not meet the minimum amount, the participant can reschedule and pay a $25.00 reschedule fee to attend a session at our Turlock campus. There will be no refunds allowed.
